By using a fable, the author succeeds in making you feel observe such a process. It is intense learning and delightful to read at the same time. So it teaches you a lot of the know how of teambuilding. It is very consistent with my experience. This kind of book you need to become aware of how to overcome the real difficulties in getting people to work closely together. Additionally a practical theoretical model gives a good guideline, and good teambuilding technics are shortly described.
